  • Make the sauce

  • Stir in sauce and lemon zest

    Melt the butter in a pan, then stir in the cake flour. Cook for 1 minute and then whisk in the reserved noodle broth and creamy NESTLÉ Ideal Medium Fat Evaporated Milk.
