Step1 of 7: Butter, Clarified butter (ghee), Cream, fluid, half and half
Bring the fresh cream and a tablespoon of ghee to a light boil on the stove.
Step2 of 7: Wheat flour, whole-grain
Remove from the stove and add it in the gram flour. Mix well, until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Set aside to dry
Step3 of 7: Wheat flour, whole-grain, Butter, Clarified butter (ghee), Spices, cardamom, Spices, nutmeg, ground
Using a heavy base pot, melt the remaining ghee. Add in the cardamom powder, nutmeg and gram flour mixture.

Cook over low to medium heat for at least 40 minutes. This burns easily so watch and adjust the stove as needed. The mixture will darken but not be dark brown. You have to continuously stir the mixture

Remove from the stove and allow to cool completely.
Step6 of 7: Milk, dry, nonfat, calcium reduced, Spices, cardamom, Spices, nutmeg, ground, Vanilla Extract, Sugars, Powdered
Sift in the icing sugar and NESTLÈ Klim Milk Powder . Add in the ground cardamom and nutmeg and the tablespoon of rose essence and mix well.

Press into a lined baking tray or shape as desired. Garnish as desired. You can use coloured almonds.
