We have learnt that South Africans enjoy their noodles in a variety of ways. Our on-pack instructions were designed to provide the optimal noodles eat for all and will result in your noodles being cooked after 2 minutes. If you like them a little softer, that’s ok too, just cook them a little longer.

The MAGGI Noodles production process does not include any wax in the product, nor is wax a by-product of any step in the manufacturing. You may refer to the ingredient list on the packaging for the complete list of ingredients, none of which are wax or wax-based. We hope we’ve answered your question.

MSG is used in our NESTLÉ South Africa MAGGI Noodles production process as a taste enhancer in the flavour sachet. This is stated on the product packaging and is a permissible flavour enhancer recognised by government. We declare it on pack in line with government’s requirements.

Senses range, along with the special sweet soy sauce, has been discontinued; but don’t despair, the delicious MAGGI sauce taste is still available in our, Lazenby sauce and chilli sauces.
